Are you looking for a part-time position where your work directly uplifts families, your voice is valued, and your well-being matters? As a LIFT Staff Coach (Finance, Education, Employment Well-Being), you will partner one-on-one with parents and caregivers (our LIFT members) to help them achieve their goals related to financial mobility, career growth, education, and overall well-being. This is more than a part-time job; it’s an opportunity to be part of a mission-driven team that values equity, inclusion, and the power of lived experience.
LIFT Coaches work in a supportive, learning-oriented environment where everyone contributes to building a stronger, more equitable future. * We offer a flexible, hybrid schedule generally up to 2 days/week in the office to meet with members and colleagues, and to participate in events. Must be able to meet in person on Wednesday’s weekly How We LIFT LIFT is on a mission to break the cycle of poverty by investing in parents.
Through direct work with families, engaging technical assistance partnerships, and by advocating for policies that drive systemic change, we’re fighting poverty by lifting two generations at once.
