Key Responsibilities

Litigation Dispute Resolution: Oversee and manage complex commercial litigation, regulatory investigations, and cross-border disputes. Act as the primary strategic voice in mitigating contentious legal risks. Contractual Operational Excellence: Draft, review, and negotiate high-value corporate contracts, user agreements, and intricate legal disclosures in both Mandarin and English.

Global Compliance Governance: Ensure strict adherence to global legal standards, AML/CTF frameworks, and internal corporate policies across multiple jurisdictions. External Counsel Management: Lead and liaise with international legal teams and elite external counsel to ensure unified legal defense and global brand protection. Regulatory Advisory: Proactively analyze evolving regional regulatory shifts (HK, Singapore, US, EU) and translate them into actionable business strategies to safeguard the platform's global operations.

Qualifications
