DEPT® — Sydney, Nova Scotia
This is a 12-month fixed term contract. JOB PURPOSE As a Marketing Coordinator you’ll be working seamlessly with the eBay Marketing team, you will be confident in your abilities to work autonomously coordinating, executing and reporting on marketing campaigns across eBay owned channels. Day-to-day, you will support the eBay Seller team with the rollout of planned activity across owned channels including web, push, SMS and with a strong focus on CRM.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Campaign Briefing: Work closely with eBay internal teams as required to define campaign briefs Campaign Execution Ownership: Execute campaigns, from briefing, reviews, approvals, building across channels (email, onsite banners, webpages, push notifications and SMS) Campaign Reporting: Report on campaigns and put forward recommendations for optimisations based on data and insights Global Program Support: Support global programs and campaigns including rollout of new campaigns and product changes Campaign targeting: Audience briefs and simple target list creation Seller Promotion Support: Briefing promotions and building terms conditions webpages With the above in mind, the successful candidate would have the below deliverables: Delivery of +10 campaigns per month - these range from simple OM banner activations through to detailed multi channel CRM campaigns EOC reporting for all delivered campaigns Ongoing reporting for recurring campaigns Ideally at least 1 test and learn executed each month for learnings/insights to improve recurring campaign performance ongoing WHAT YOU BRING: Ability to self-educate, learn fast and work autonomously Relevant experience within a marketing coordinator role Highly desirable experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Braze or other CRM alternatives Strong prioritisation skills, strategic thinking and attention to detail Experience in managing reporting and delivering tangible insights actions Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and achieve communications/marketing and customer goals WE OFFER A flexible, hybrid working arrangement policy. 20 days of paid holiday each year, plus relevant public holidays.
