Regulatory Treasury Manager Ebury Leon Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week The Regulatory Treasury and Safeguarding team manages the client money safeguarding framework on behalf of the Ebury group across several global entities as well as a new remit of expanding the quality assurance and controls framework across the wider regulatory treasury subject matters. We are looking for a regulatory expert, preferably with a compliance, legal or audit background. This position will be key to the Regulatory efforts of the business.
It will work within the Treasury team and report to the Group Head of Regulatory Treasury and Safeguarding Officer directly.
What You’Ll Do
● You will be assisting the Group Head of Regulatory Treasury and Safeguarding in maintaining the global safeguarding framework, establishing globally consistent standards, ensuring ongoing compliance with local regulations, and implementing best-in-class controls.

on subjects like CRR, MiFID and EMIR. ● You will assist with the regulatory treasury horizon scanning, rules to gap mapping for regulatory treasury subject matters and mapping of treasury risks across the treasury operations.
● You will assist with annual internal or external audit delivery and remediation. ● You will assist in the review of existing processes and procedural enhancements. ● You will assist in the review of client regulatory treasury incidents controls and remediation.
● You will work with various stakeholders across the business to effect change (Tech, Data Product, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Internal Audit). ● You will conduct risk assessments and establish appropriate risk-based controls including design of regular management information and metrics. ● You will with training stakeholders on the relevant regulatory treasury subject matters and maintaining a culture of operational compliance.
What you’ll need ● Experience: over 5 years working in a legal or regulatory background. Compliance/ Internal Audit / External Audit / Controls Implementation / Safeguarding will be valued. ● Education: business or legal degree.
● IT and Documentation: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Control background and experience establishing and maintaining global policy frameworks and writing policy documents.
