Service Coordinator

Since 1984, Galaxy Integrated Technologies has been designing and installing state-of-the-art security systems for a variety of commercial, government, education, and health care properties across New England, New York, and New Jersey. We are seeking an experienced Service Operations and Customer Relations Coordinator to support technical field service operations and warehouse management for security-focused projects. This role ensures technicians are properly equipped, inventory is accurately managed, and customer service operations run efficiently.
