Orthopedic Sports Physical Therapy (OSPT) of Cape Cod , a proud member of Fusion Physical Therapy Partners, has been the Lower Cape's premier provider of outpatient physical therapy for over 20 years. We are experiencing exciting growth and looking for a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as Sports Medicine Coordinator.

About The Role

As a Physical Therapist – Sports Medicine Coordinator, you will partner with clinic leadership to facilitate and foster relationships with area sports medicine physicians as well as youth, high school, and adult sports organizations with a goal of enhancing OSPT as a sports physical therapy provider-of-choice.

Responsibilities

to include program development meeting attendance, and communication with physicians. Your typical day includes: Delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care focused on restoring movement, strength, and function Developing and progressing individualized treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation techniques Partnering with physicians, athletic trainers, and local sports organizations to grow OSPT’s sports medicine program and promote injury prevention Educating and motivating patients to stay engaged in their recovery and long-term wellness Collaborating with colleagues and support staff to ensure seamless, patient-centered care Accurately documenting treatment sessions and outcomes in Prompt EMR system Why OSPT?
