, and meets quality standards. Lead client investment committee meetings Review materials for their client’s meetings and create meeting minutes. Create fee benchmarking and Request for Proposals for clients.
Review the plan design annually Develop and lead group and 1:1 education meetings for their clients as well as SVP RM III’s clients. Manage and resolve difficult administration and servicing issues; errors, corrections, etc. Build and maintain knowledge on vendor products and features, processes and procedures and industry/regulatory changes.
Manage fund changes for all Retirement Services clients. Update client assets in investment analytics databases, pull quarterly fund commentary and update industry trends materials. Assist in developing fee and service proposals for all prospects.
What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. 5–7 years of retirement services or institutional relationship management experience. Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, and retirement plan operations.
Experience managing client relationships and leading meetings. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
About The Role
The Retirement Services Specialist serves as a key relationship manager supporting a portfolio of employer-sponsored retirement plans.
What You’Ll Do
Manage 25-35 client relationships (AUM $1 - $75 million) within our Retirement Services team. This includes serving as the primary day-to-day employer contact, communicating with a variety of external partners, and assuming ownership for creating and maintaining successful working relationships.
