You will drive the evolution of both Men’s and Women’s activewear, ensuring every garment balances high-performance functionality with trend-forward aesthetics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all new development and counter development of styles in their category Manage and monitor the execution of the business strategy and plans for the activewear (Nova) business ensuring quality products are consistently developed and delivered Build, manage, and maintain Development Time and Action Calendars for all developed activewear products across each factory and country Analyze all price quotes and work with production team to ensure target costs are achieved and understand fabric, trim and yarn costs and how they impact final garment costs Monitor daily status of developed products including fabrics, lab dips, samples, trim, wash, and technical design.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 8+ years of Product Development experience, with a proven track record in technical activewear or performance apparel Expertise in both Men’s and Women’s categories is strongly preferred, specifically regarding functional fabrics and specialized construction.
