About The Role

The iPoCo Chief of Staff function exists to make the global Policy and Communications organization run better, more strategically, more efficiently, and as one integrated team. This role is the operational engine behind that mission. We're looking for a sharp operator who thrives in that space: someone who can own a budget process, design a planning cycle, and fix a broken workflow — and who gets genuine satisfaction from making a complex organization run well.
