About The Team

The New Verticals Partner Integrations team develops innovative technological solutions to help merchants seamlessly expand their operations, including our platform for first-party grocery and convenience delivery. As DoorDash scales its integrated delivery offerings, we are seeking individuals to define best-in-class integrations for our new warehousing product, DashMart Fulfillment Services, and work cross-functionally to bring them to market.

About The Role

DoorDash is seeking a high-energy Technical Account Manager to own the success and shape the integration platform offering for Merchants adopting our new products. In this role, you will dive into the lowest level of technical detail, solve intricate data-flow challenges, and collaborate cross-functionally to build a world-class integrations platform. Responsibilities

in this role are… Be a Subject Matter Expert for DoorDash’s integrated offerings and guide partners through new Integration builds. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide guidance and support .

Qualifications

Operational Proven track record of maintaining and enhancing processes Strong ability to collaborate with external partners to drive successful partnerships Experience in project and/or program management Proven success working in cross-functional engineering and operations teams Experience working in warehousing or supply chain implementation is a plus Technical 3+ years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and webhooks Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve General Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree
