RN Clinical Manager, Home Care

m. m. Salary: $90,000-$100,000 annually plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager for our Assistive Care State Programs office in Elizabeth, NJ .

This full-time Registered Nurse leadership role offers a Monday-Friday daytime schedule, a competitive salary, and a sign-on bonus. What You'Ll Do

Conduct in-home client assessments and ongoing reassessments as a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager Develop, review, and update individualized plans of care as the assigned Registered Nurse leader Provide clinical oversight for clients receiving services through our Assistive Care State Programs office Complete required Registered Nurse documentation, clinical notes, and care coordination activities Partner with the office team to help ensure services remain aligned with care plans, client needs, and state program

What We'Re Looking For

Current Registered Nurse license At least 2 years of RN experience Strong clinical judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to complete assessments, develop care plans, and manage clinical follow-up with confidence Passion for helping clients safely remain at home with comfort, independence, and dignity

Preferred Qualifications
