QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering 5+ years of experience in Safety Engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong knowledge of machine guarding standards, ergonomics principles, and safe equipment design Experience evaluating and improving tools, fixtures, and workstation layouts Familiarity with OSHA regulations, risk assessments, and incident prevention strategies Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results within a short project timeline SKILLS AND VALUES Capable of working independently and as a team member Strong work ethic and unwavering integrity Excellent interpersonal skills and a learning mindset Curiosity, problem solving, and analytical thinking Effective verbal and written communication Desire to work on
