Registered Nurse, RN - Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Fort Collins Visits team and work with adult and senior clients on a per visit basis. Please note: c urrent or recent experience in a Medicare Certified Home Health setting with OASIS documentation experience is required for a per diem position. As a home health nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
