What You'Ll Do
: CoreWeave's IaaS powers our CPU Compute platform that complements GPU acceleration in large AI clusters. We build and operate high-throughput, low-latency infrastructure so customers can achieve predictable performance across diverse workloads, from data processing and orchestration to latency-sensitive services. As the TPM for IaaS powering CoreWeave's CPU Compute, you'll lead cross-functional programs that convert product strategy into scalable, reliable, and observable infrastructure.
This role will partner closely with engineering and product teams to drive performance/scalability initiatives that underpin high-throughput CPU clusters in large AI environments. This position is ideal for someone passionate about cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and network services, who excels at building the processes and visibility needed to operate and scale complex, high-throughput platforms.
Who You Are
: Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, infrastructure as a service Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills with a proven ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other program management tools Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results Proven track record in program management, process definition and improvements, and influencing adoption of defined processes across multiple teams or organizations Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to prioritize, manage tradeoffs, identify gaps and risks, drive accountability, and measure successes Comfortable handling ambiguity and driving clarity; experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and organizations Preferred: Master's or advanced technical degree Familiarity with networking, storage, containerization (Kubernetes), and infrastructure Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and flexible working with a variety of leadership Experience driving and leading DevOps initiatives, collab
