What You’Ll Do
: We are seeking an experienced Manager of Procurement to support the Procurement team and work cross functionally with FP A teams. This position will play a critical role in managing the procurement process for our software. Your expertise in negotiating prices, and building and leading a high-performing procurement team will be vital to the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
: Develop and implement the procurement strategy for software in alignment with the company's growth objectives and financial targets. Evaluate market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost optimization, supplier diversification, and innovation. Identify and establish partnerships with reliable and reputable suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions to secure competitive prices and on-time delivery.
Streamline and enhance the procurement process, leveraging technology and automation to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
Requirements
and company policies. Work in ERP Systems for Procurement and Finance. Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the procurement budget, tracking expenses, and optimizing costs without compromising quality.
Who You Are
: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting 5+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, finance Strong finance and budgeting background with the ability to analyze spend and financial data. Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and Coupa Procurement Platform. Proven success negotiating supplier contracts and managing vendor relationships.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
The base salary range for this role is $157,000 to $210,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
