Key Responsibilities

: Assist with HVAC system installations, including ductwork and equipment setup Load and operate basic HVAC tools and materials Support senior installers with layout, measurements, and connections Ensure job site cleanliness and organization Follow safety protocols and company installation standards

Requirements

: Strong physical ability (lift up to 100 lbs, work in tight/hot/cold spaces) Willingness to climb, kneel, crawl, and work in attics or rooftops Basic mechanical skills and use of hand/power tools EPA Certified Excellent communication and time management Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred Must be willing to consent to undergoing a background check, drug screen, physical, and lift test (must be able to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs).
