Responsibilities
: Production Execution Own shift-level execution vs. build plan (output, takt, WIP) Ensure adherence to standard work and process controls Monitor performance vs.
Requirements
: 8+ years in manufacturing leadership in high-rate environments Strong experience with lean manufacturing systems and standard work Proven ability to manage technicians and drive disciplined execution Experience managing WIP, flow, and production constraints in real time Hands-on experience with structured problem solving (5-Why, root cause) Preferred
: Experience implementing Toyota Production System principles Experience with visual management and tiered accountability systems Background in electronics or hardware manufacturing Experience in aerospace/defense or high-reliability production Familiarity with ERP/MES systems Why CHAOS?
