Responsibilities

What You'll Execute As a junior geotechnical field technician, you'll work on slope stabilization and emergency response projects across Canada. Your specific tasks vary by project—on any given week you might be drilling, applying shotcrete, installing soil nails, pumping grout, or setting anchors.

include: Executing geohazard mitigation techniques under experienced supervision: shotcrete application, drilling, soil nail wall installation, anchoring, grouting, and slope stabilization systems Operating equipment safely and maintaining tools and machinery Following safety plans rigorously—protecting yourself and the team is priority #1 Learning multiple disciplines and building technical depth across all techniques we use Supporting jobsite organization, equipment care, and quality standards Communicating clearly with team members and supervisors
