Join Our Big Island Team —$1,000 Sign on Bonus Pay Rate: $20/hour We are Seeking Compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides, Nurse’s Aides, and individuals with caregiving experience— including those who have cared for a family member— to support individuals with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and other Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities. BAYADA Home Health Care is currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide individualized, one-on-one support in community settings.
Our caregivers play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life through compassionate, person-centered care. How You’ll Make an Impact: Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities. Participate in community integration, leisure activities, errands, and having fun.
Patiently teach, encourage, and celebrate small achievements, giving people the space to grow. Opportunity to enhance caregiving skills with support from our clinical managers. Provide personal care assistance as needed.
Compensation

Qualifications
