Requirements
, documenting processes, supporting system modernization efforts, and ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives. This is a remote position requiring all work be performed in the continental United States. US Citizenship is required for consideration for this position.

sessions. Develop business process models, workflow diagrams, and use cases. Perform gap analyses and recommend process improvements.
Support Agile backlog development and user story creation.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline. Minimum seven (7) years of business analysis experience. Experience supporting federal IT modernization programs.
Preferred Qualifications
CBAP certification. Experience supporting Health IT or EHR initiatives. Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow experience.
Experience supporting Federal healthcare organizations.
Compensation
Expected Salary Range: $125,000–$135,000 annually.
