This role is crucial for ensuring smooth HR operations by supporting system upgrades, designing enhancements, and developing reports to support HR processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and other departments to maintain data integrity and improve efficiencies within the organization.
This role will also play a critical support role in the HR Transformation program which a multi-year, multi-project initiative.
Responsibilities
: Provide hands-on full life cycle system support for the UKG Pro platform (Core HR, Perf Management, UTM, LMS, Cognos, and other third-party systems). Collaborate with external support partners to design, test, implement, and maintain UKG for upgrades, releases, and critical enhancements. Design, test, and implement configuration changes, reports, and processes to support HR functions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries and issues. Develop accurate HR data extracts and reports using appropriate reporting tools. Enhance standard and advanced analytical reports to meet HR and business needs.
Develop audit and quality control processes to ensure data integrity and security. Troubleshoot data discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend solutions. Collaborate with the HR team to improve efficiencies in HR operations, payroll, and associated services.
Partner with finance, risk, and audit teams to ensure effective controls and governance.
Qualifications
: Strong knowledge of HR functional processes and practices with the ability to identify solutions to business problems. 3-5 years of experience in system maintenance of UKG, Cognos Business Analytics platforms, or other reporting tools. Experience with Payscale, SailPoint, and ServiceNow is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel for data reconciliation, validation, and analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills.
High level of professionalism and respect for confidential information. Attention to detail ensuring accuracy. Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and adapt to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
