Location : Palo Alto, CA As a Hardware Regulatory Compliance Engineering Program Manager, you are experienced in Radio Frequency (RF), ElectroMagnetic Compatibility (EMC) technologies and their product certification processes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in RF/Microwave Design, Electromagnetics, Antenna, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Strong leadership skills in driving certification labs, effectively prioritizing testing, and achieving deadlines • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to think strategically and develop solutions quickly and effectively. • Experience with Atlassian-based applications, including Jira and Confluence • Passionate about process improvement and developing strong cross-functional relationships • 5+ years of experience in wireless regulatory compliance, testing, and certifications.
