You will support outbound shipping and inbound receiving by ensuring orders are accurate, shipped on time, and properly documented, while also receiving, routing, and tracking returned materials through the correct RMA processing areas. You are organized, detail-oriented, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
What You'Ll Do
Use internal systems and software to track, prioritize, route, and process orders and returns Support outbound shipping by preparing, verifying, and coordinating shipments Verify picked orders to ensure correct quantities, items, and documentation Ensure required shipping documents are properly included or affixed, including packing slips, bills of lading, labels, and other shipment documentation Inspect labels, barcodes, and shipment details for accuracy and completeness Coordinate outbound pick-ups with UPS, freight carriers, or other logistics partners as assigned Receive daily RMA return deliveries from carriers Transfer materials throughout the department to the appropriate processing stations Document receiving discrepancies and escalate issues as needed Support various RMA processing
