We balance this design with a strong focus on technology, all built in-house, which means we can easily innovate our systems to improve the veterinary team, pet, and client experience. Care Coordinator $16 - $23 per hour | Flexible Schedules Bond Vet is building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up — and we’re looking for a compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team. The Opportunity: Our Care Coordinators provide an amazing experience to both clients and pets when they visit our clinics for care.

You’re the first and last touchpoint for our patients, so you’ll use hospitality and tact to ensure our clients are welcomed, comfortable, and supported throughout their time at our locations. This is a full time (40 hrs/week) position with a rotating schedule of four 10hr shifts per week.

Compensation

: Team-Based Profit Sharing Bonus When your clinic exceeds its daily revenue goal, the extra earnings go into a shared bonus pool that is distributed among the team. Team members have earned up to an additional $250/month or more!
