The Challenge The Senior Program Manager is a critical member of the Engineering Operations team at OneTrust, responsible for spearheading cross-functional initiatives. This role will work with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and UX teams within R D, and partner with Go-to-Market teams to drive tangible and measurable business outcomes aligned to the Company’s strategic objectives. The Senior Program Manager is responsible for planning and operationalizing initiatives that advance operational efficiency in an AI-native world, enabling R D teams to deliver world class innovation at scale.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, strong communication with a foundation in SaaS R D team practices, and a curiosity to establish new ways of working.

Base Pay Range
