Job Description We’re seeking RNs with USGIV experience for full-time roles, with paid training into PICC line insertion .
Experienced PICC nurses welcome. As a Vascular Access Nurse Consultant, you will work collaboratively with our customer's clinical team to resolve venous access issues to facilitate the treatment objectives of the treating physician. You may work inside or outside the hospital setting depending on each individual referral, providing you with a unique career opportunity to observe different treatment protocols and patient challenges.

As a VTP Vascular Access Nurse Consultant you will: Place PICCs, midlines, and peripheral IVs using ultrasound guidance Utilize ECG technology for PICC tip confirmation Assist with management of PICCs and Vascular Access devices. Provide a wide range of vascular access support services including but not limited to port access, removal of lines, declotting, etc.

Ideal candidates are experienced in both ultrasound guided IV (USGIV) placements and vascular access device (VAD) insertions. Training available in some locations for candidates with recent, consistent USGIV placement experience. Priority given to fully trained vascular access nurses, but additional training available for those with strong USGIV skills.

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse with current license American Heart BLS Certification Experience in vascular access device (VAD) management , including care, maintenance, and troubleshooting Experience placing ultrasound-guided IVs (USGIVs) Ability to work independently and fulfill scheduling
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of acute care RN experience Experience placing PICCs, midlines, or other vascular access devices using ultrasound Prior vascular access or PICC experience preferred
Compensation
