Business Analyst (Italian Speaker)

We are not here to sell AI theatre. We are here to turn AI into working systems, measurable outcomes and repeatable transformation programs. Role Summary As a Business Analyst at Roboyo, you will play an active role at the intersection of business transformation, data, and AI-driven automation.

Drawing on 2+ years of hands-on experience, you will work in close contact with Senior Manager and Managers and independently lead workstreams on real client engagements — driving the design and implementation of next-generation automation and Agentic AI solutions. This is not a support role — you will own deliverables, build client relationships, and contribute meaningfully to projects that are live, complex, and business-critical. It also represents a unique opportunity to interact with senior advisors and experts and learn fast both from technical and communication perspectives.

Based in our Barcelona office, you will collaborate with Italian-speaking clients and multicultural teams across Europe.
