About The Role

We are looking for a Logistics Foreman to join our team on site in Chester, VA. This is a full-time, in person position.

Key Responsibilities

Will work with subcontractors to coordinate activities around the site including excavations, walk paths, deliveries, crane activities, etc.

Qualifications

Required: Needs to be technology inclined. Will need computer and iPad for updating site logistics plans. Qualified candidates will possess up to 4 years of experience in coordinating workflow for construction sites.

Candidates will also possess strong communication skills, time management and will lead with integrity. Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects. Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and can see hear well either naturally or with correction.
