Qualifications

Requirements

Safety Oriented: Must be highly safety-oriented and willing to follow all company and regulatory safety guidelines without exception.

Physical Stamina: The role requires significant physical exertion, including heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights in various weather conditions. Equipment: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to various job sites. Work Ethic: A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as a valuable part of a crew.

Compensation
