Our Technical Recruiting team partners across Engineering, Data, Product, and Design, a tech org of over 500 people, to find the people who will shape our future, with a candidate-centric approach that ensures a high-quality experience at every stage We're looking for a player-coach: someone who wants to keep recruiting hands-on while also building and leading a team. As Tech Recruitment Lead for our Data Product vertical, you'll split your time evenly between personally owning critical searches and leading the team of 4. You'll report to the Senior Technical Recruitment Lead and work alongside the Engineering Design vertical to keep practices consistent across the wider team.
