We are looking for a RegTech Manager! If you're passionate about regulatory technology, compliance innovation, and driving smarter risk management, we'd love to hear from you. Lead the implementation and oversight of regulatory technology solutions supporting Compliance and Anti Financial Crime (AFC) functions.
Requirements
Oversee the design and tracking of KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for Compliance and AFC functions related to their systems. Lead, guide, and mentor teams in adopting RegTech best practices within Compliance and AFC. Coordinate with internal units within Compliance and with external departments to support the delivery of regulatory technology projects and solutions.
Support automation, digital transformation, and process optimization across compliance and financial crime prevention. Monitor regulatory and industry developments, ensuring technology and processes remain aligned. Act as a focal point for technology-enabled compliance projects and inspections.
Conduct periodic system audits and validations to ensure continued effectiveness and regulatory alignment. Prepare and present strategic technology roadmaps and performance reports. Train compliance staff on new technologies and promote digital literacy within the department.
Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or other related field. Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of combined experience in Compliance, Technology, AML/CFT, Anti-Fraud, Regulatory Technology (RegTech), or other related technology functions. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AML/CFT, Fraud Risk Management,and regulatory technology frameworks.
