Position Summary As a Child and Adolescent Intake Therapist at Blackbird Health, you'll play an essential role in delivering high-quality intake evaluations and ongoing therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults. You'll build meaningful connections with patients and families from the very start of their care journey, conducting thorough clinical assessments, developing individualized care plans, and providing consistent, high-quality ongoing treatment.

You'll collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure every patient receives seamless, whole-child care from their first session through their entire care journey. This remote role supports our patients' needs for afterschool, evening and weekend sessions. We are offering a sign on bonus for our founding providers.

How You'll Make an Impact Deliver High-Quality Intake Evaluations: Lead individual telehealth intake sessions for youth ages 2–26, using evidence-based assessment practices tailored to each patient's developmental stage and unique needs. Provide Ongoing Therapy: Build strong, consistent therapeutic relationships with patients over time — delivering individual evidence-based therapy and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress.
