Compensation

We leverage our substantial balance sheet, world class institutional partners and a full-service lending platform to provide exceptional service to our clients – primarily real estate investors and developers. Our borrowers acquire, renovate, and develop residential and commercial projects from $250,000 up to $10 million. We make our own internal credit decisions, ensuring that loans fund quickly, and we handle all loan functions through our proprietary technology infrastructure backed by an experienced operations team.
This position is non-exempt full-time, with Pay Range: $27-37/hour plus discretionary bonus potential

The Servicing Assistant is an LA-based or PHX-based position on a hybrid schedule with at least two (2) days in-office. This position will report to the Servicing Manager . While not an exhaustive list, the Servicing Assistant will be responsible for: Update Salesforce with loan information and tracking.
Monitor insurance expiration dates and renewals and work with our third-party vendor to ensure all properties are properly insured. Assist with Loan Servicing by inputting new loans into the servicing software, processing payments, creating statements, and following up with borrowers on late payments as needed. Must pass the notary exam within the first ninety days of employment Electronically deposit checks and book into the servicing software.
Assist with drafting and recording reconveyance documents. File and scan real estate loan documents. Provide support to other team members as needed.
Adhere to all applicable compliance and private lending regulations. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience BA/BS degree preferred.
Previous mortgage or real estate experience required (2+ years). 2+ years of relevant professional office experience required. Excellent verbal and written skills, collaborative in nature.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, operating with unquestioned integrity. Strong problem solver, focusing on appropriate outcomes for the business, clients, and investors. Detail oriented, and highly organized.
Strong Microsoft Office and Salesforce skills.
