Senior Product Manager - Unannounced Project

Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our unannounced project in Barcelona on a hybrid basis (3 days a week). We are in the early stages of development on an ambitious, unannounced, cross-platform Strategy/MMO featuring a well-known IP. You have the opportunity to join a highly experienced team to make a lasting impact on one of the next big releases.

What You Will Do

Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate closely with the development team to develop and refine the product roadmap, steering vision, strategy, and business model.

and feature quality from inception to delivery, including release analysis and reporting. Player's Advocate: Prioritize player experience in every decision, aligning development with the target audience's needs and desires. Understand and address player issues to enhance the game.

Identify and implement key initiatives to improve customer and player experiences. Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership in daily tasks and larger projects, ensuring quality and timely execution. Data Analysis and Insights: Manage and analyze game and market metrics, synthesizing data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.

Demonstrate sound product judgment to formulate strategies and set clear, measurable objectives for achieving business goals. Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a vocal and proactive member of the team, actively communicate complex ideas clearly, and maintain visibility with upper management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address potential issues.
