The Employee Experience Specialist will be responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment that enhances employee satisfaction, engagement, and overall experience.

The role will support strategies that improve workplace culture with a focus on activities, processes, systems and programs, and ensure employees feel valued and supported throughout their employment journey. RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional experience in human resources, event planning or employee experience/culture; OR 6+ years of experience supporting equity and inclusion initiatives, human resources or employee experience/culture PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Experience working on employee inclusion and/or culture initiatives Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously High level of self-motivation, prioritization, and strategic thinking Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic organization with rapidly changing needs 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications High level of attention to detail commitment to quality Prior event planning experience ADDITIONAL

00 Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
