Develop and automate reports for solving the Business Intelligence (BI) and analytical needs of our full range of stakeholders. Collaborate with these stakeholders to establish the right metrics for monitoring the business.

Requirements

and work with product and engineering teams to deliver business metrics for our growing suite of products and services. Interpret business data and analyze results to provide ongoing reports. Provide data-driven analysis to support key decision-making for the growth of our businesses.

Review data science models and convert them into reports for analysis and consumption. Communicate findings on a regular basis to all levels of business and management. Help train internal and external stakeholders in utilizing reporting tools and analyzing results.

Set standards for data management and conceive projects needed to eliminate gaps between current state and future goals. Other duties as assigned.

BA/BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or relevant technical field. Advanced degrees preferred. 3 years of experience with using SQL for data analysis.

Familiarity with other programming languages is a plus. 2 years of experience developing MicroStrategy reports and dashboards, and with the MicroStrategy architecture. Experience with other Business Intelligence (BI) tools may be considered.

Demonstrated success when working cross-functionally and can translate technical content to a general audience. Understanding of Data Management and the data lifecycle. Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills.
