Department Position Overview: The Onboarding Team Lead is focused on providing a seamless enrollment experience to our patients and caregivers by effectively leading a team of empathetic and solutions-driven Onboarding Coordinators.

In this role, you will mentor and advise your team members to provide exceptional customer service to patients and caregivers.
