strategies. Essential Functions: Proactively build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through outreach, networking, and referrals. Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite executives.

Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and secure meetings with senior-level executives. Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and passion for business development. Ability to obtain Life Health Insurance License in a timely manner. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

This range represents the estimated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to performance, location, and experience.
