Parking Garage Ambassador - Design District

Position: Parking Ambassador Location: Design District (3800 NE 1st Ave Miami, FL 33137) Pay: $16/hour Schedule: Mid-Shifts (11am to 7pm, 12pm to 8pm); shift days will vary and may include weekends. The Parking Ambassador serves as the frontline representative for parking operations, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring safe, efficient, and organized parking experiences for guests, tenants, and visitors. This role is highly visible and customer-facing, requiring a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist patrons with parking-related needs.

REQUIREMENTS

: Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent preferred Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security. Reimagined Parking participates in the E‑Verify program to confirm employment eligibility. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 25 pounds if required Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
