What We’Re Looking For

4+ years’ experience in strategy consulting. Strong interest in sustainability and its application across different sectors. Experience in sustainability-related projects (desirable).

Relevant sustainability certifications (a plus). Fluency in Spanish and English . Proven ability to lead proposals and project workstreams independently.

Capacity to immerse yourself in clients’ organisational reality to understand their culture, processes and behaviours. Ability to identify client needs and new business opportunities .

What You Will Do

Support the delivery and leadership of complex projects. Contribute to proposal development and client engagement. Conduct research and knowledge-building activities.
