About The Role

Uber Freight is looking for Logistics Specialists to support dedicated customer accounts within our Managed Transportation organization. In this role, you will play a critical part in day-to-day transportation execution, helping ensure freight moves efficiently, service expectations are met, and customers receive a high level of operational support. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, working cross-functionally, and building strong relationships with carriers and customers.

You will gain exposure to transportation management systems, shipment execution, carrier operations, and customer communication while working alongside a highly collaborative team. This position follows a hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) and is based out of our St. Louis office.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent 1+ year of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, customer operations, or a related field OR Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Business, or a related field Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

2+ year of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, customer operations, or a related field Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Business, or a related field Experience working within a Transportation Management System (TMS) Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace Experience working in a customer-focused operational environment
