TIC members don’t just evaluate technology—they immerse themselves in it. Through hands-on experimentation and rapid prototyping, they build breakthrough applications that translate innovation into real-world advantage.

The TIC unites an elite cohort of solution architects, data scientists, engineers, and technologists to turn bold ideas into scalable, mission-accelerating solutions in either our Health or our National Security Defense Business Units. Working hand-in-hand with our Business Development and Capture experts, you will leverage market insight and strong business acumen to architect differentiated, winning strategies. You will also drive growth by developing and presenting proofs of concept in customer engagements and representing Revolutional as a thought leader in Federal forums and industry conferences.

: Develop proof-of-concept applications, demonstrations, and tools that showcase emerging technology capabilities to prospective customers Deliver persuasive technical demonstrations and presentations for customers and industry forums Respond quickly and confidently to customer questions Lead cross-company teams through solutioning to win Federal opportunities, aligning stakeholders and incorporating diverse ideas Build custom applications and automation solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance across existing projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and business development staff, to deliver high-quality solutions Create reusable technical content and artifacts to support proposal development and future pursuits Review, edit, and proofread technical proposal content to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with customer
