What we do: The Senior Manager, Workplace Services is responsible for leading and integrating Workplace Operations, Environmental Health Safety (EHS), and Real Estate Strategy across all Supernal facilities. This role ensures the delivery of safe, compliant, efficient, and cost-effective workplace environments while driving strategic planning, operational excellence, and governance. This position serves as the single threaded leader for Workplace Services, responsible for ensuring workplace safety, optimizing real estate investments, and enabling operational continuity across offices, labs, and test environments.
