WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Senior Marketing Manager, Localization, you will own the strategy and execution of localized marketing programs that drive pipeline and engagement across our key international markets. You will serve as the connective tissue between global marketing, web, growth, and marketing ops - ensuring that localized experiences are high-quality, on-brand, and measurably effective. The ideal candidate brings a strong marketing foundation, deep experience with localization workflows and tooling, and a data-driven mindset that turns performance insights into clear action plans.

WHO YOU ARE
6+ years of experience in marketing, with meaningful experience in localization, international campaigns, or regional marketing; B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from brief through launch - including working with web, engineering, and marketing ops stakeholders You have a strong point of view on where AI translation is genuinely good enough for top-of-funnel marketing content, and where human review is non-negotiable to protect the brand Hands-on experience with TMS platforms such as Phrase, Smartling, or similar; familiarity with localization vendor management and QA workflows Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect engagement metrics and funnel data to actionable insights and business recommendations Experience measuring and reporting on both top-of-funnel metrics (traffic, views, email engagement) and bottom-of-funnel metrics (NNLs, MQLs, pipeline contribution) Excellent communication and organizational skills; comfortable presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders Comfortable operating in a fast-paced,
