LogicMonitor is seeking a Professional Services Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of customer engagements by owning the end-to-end execution of LogicMonitor implementations—ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. In this role, you will oversee multiple concurrent projects, ranging from standard implementations to complex enterprise deployments with custom components, while partnering closely with customers and cross-functional teams to maximize business value.

As LogicMonitor continues to innovate through Edwin AI and AI-driven operational capabilities, experience with AI technologies, generative AI, or AI-enabled business processes is considered a plus. As the accountable owner of each project's success, you will drive execution with confidence—developing project plans, aligning stakeholders, proactively managing risks, and ensuring measurable value is delivered to both the customer and LogicMonitor.
