Basic Function: Leadership of the datacenter construction team is committed to offering every team member an opportunity to engage your core skills and knowledge, while helping each person develop new and valuable skills throughout the duration of the project. The CSA Lead is responsible for the design oversight, technical coordination, and delivery of civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) systems across data center construction projects.

This individual works cross-functionally with internal teams, external design partners, and construction stakeholders to translate design intent into successful project execution.

Review and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and field clarifications related to CSA scope. Monitor contractor performance for schedule, cost, quality. Participate in site walks, inspections, and quality audits.
Support layout coordination for critical equipment, white space, and support areas to optimize constructability and operations . Support commissioning activities related to building envelope, structural readiness, and site infrastructure . Identify design and constructability risks early and drive mitigation strategies Validate pay applications and change order pricing for CSA packages.
Assist in cost estimating, budget management, and forecasting for civil, structural, and architectural packages. Provide technical guidance to project engineers and project coordinators.
: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field 5 + years of experience in project engineering, construction management, or design management. Strong knowledge of site development, structural systems, and building design Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate construction drawings across multiple disciplines. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission critical projects (strongly preferred) Location: Site-based role in Borden County, TX (Near Lubbock) Base Pay - $115,000-$165,000 The pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks—while ensuring internal parity across our teams.
