At LG, we strive to make Life Good for Everyone. Summary Up to 12 months temporary assignment with Reverse Logistics team as a Reverse Logistics Analyst working onsite 5 days a week (Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM EST) at 111 Sylvan Ave Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
Responsibilities
DOCUMENTATION/ORGANIZATION - Documenting and organizing any important files PROCESS - Analyzing end to end return processes for improvement DATA - Analyzing returns data (pending returns included), KPI’s, and trends ORDER PROCESSING - Monitoring As-Is Sales Shipment Status AUDITING - Analyzing system transaction data for errors and anomalies INVENTORY - Comparison with 3PL’s data and reconciliation NON GOODSET - Inventory management (Grading Inventory, BOX damage, Scrap) NON GOODSET - Inventory reporting and coordination for depletion plan PROJECTS - Working collaboratively with others to implement strategic and tactical solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, SCM, engineering or related field Minimum 2 year s of experience in Reverse Logistics, Logistics, Warehouse Operations or Inventory Management Strong knowledge of Reverse Logistics and Returns Basic knowledge of LEAN or SIX SIGMA methodology Self-Starter and Team-Player Basic knowledge of Reverse Logistics and Returns Ability to plan, organize , and prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects and other activities High level of comfort working independently after given directions Intermediate Proficiency in Excel (V-LookUp, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, etc.) Intermediate Proficiency in Powerpoint (Create and build slide decks with proper formatting) Comfortable analyzing different data sets (customer survey data, return transaction data, etc.) Local Travel within the NJ area may be required (Does not occur often) #LI-DR1 Recruiting Range $75,000 $85,000 USD
