Recruiting Coordinator, New Grad

IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is looking for an extremely organized, detail-oriented and high-energy Recruiting Coordinator to help support our hiring efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to learn quickly about the recruiting process at a fast-growing company. In this role, you will work side by side with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and peers across teams within IXL to help ensure that we hire the best individuals to work toward our mission.

This position requires you to be in our San Mateo, CA, headquarters office. We encourage new college graduates to apply including the class of 2026.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

BA/BS degree required Experience as a recruiting coordinator (highly preferred), HR coordinator or in an administrative support role Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills Highly self-motivated and driven to go above and beyond what is required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Excellent communication skills and ability to cultivate great relationships with stakeholders and team members Exceptional attention to detail Experience working with an ATS (ours is Greenhouse) and G Suite preferred Passionate about education and technology The base hourly rate for this full-time position is $25 - $31 per hour +
