Weekly outpatient therapy isn't always enough, and a trip to the ER isn't the only answer. Patients and their families rely on Compass Health Center when in crisis – every day, we help people overcome depression, anxiety, suicidality, obsessions/compulsions, trauma, chronic pain, and other obstacles in order for our patients to live freely.

About This Role

We are seeking a Mental Health Professional to support our Child programs. This role will be a blend of direct patient interaction and general administration work, ensuring that the programs are running smoothly. If you are passionate about providing your patients with exemplary care, while being sensitive to their individual psychiatric conditions, you would be a great fit on our team.

What You'Ll Do

: Provide support for the learning environment – be present in group therapy rooms, assist with supervised study, assist patients with check-in for program Help manage crisis situations and support patients as they gain emotional regulation Communicate patient progress with team. Chart progress of patients; complete all incident reports thoroughly and within 24 hours Check and respond to daily emails, voicemails and EMR messages. In collaboration with team, aid in development of individualized behavioral plans and contracts.

Compensation

This range includes multiple career path levels across the organization; where you fall in the range is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, your years of experience, type of experience, location, and education/certifications.
