At Aring , based in Thessaloniki , we are looking for a Junior Operations Finance Coordinator . The position is initially offered on a temporary basis for a period of two years.

Following its growth strategy, our company continuously evaluates its needs and the performance of its partners, prioritizing the development of its people and exploring possibilities for extending the collaboration beyond the initial period.

Responsibilities

Financial Management: Issuing and recording invoices, preparing expense reports, and supporting the accounting team with intra‑community transactions. Supply Chain Management: Coordinating orders of raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring timely approval and flow. Operational Function (ERP): Using SAP S/4HANA and specialized platforms (ARIBA, Maextro) to manage contracts, purchase orders, and goods movements.

Document Handling: Executing critical ERP transactions (such as creating production orders and invoices) to ensure smooth daily production processes. Cross‑department Collaboration: Close communication with the Warehouse, Planning, and Supply Chain departments to ensure data accuracy and resolve operational issues.

Required Qualifications

Degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field; a postgraduate degree (Logistics / Supply Chain) will be considered an additional asset. Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a dynamic work environment. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.

Strong written and verbal communication skills (in Greek and English). Skills / Competencies Analytical thinking and strong perception ability. Effective problem‑solving.
